Graphic Designer – Lusaka, Zambia

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Lusaka. The role involves creating visually compelling assets for both print and digital channels while ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator and raster images with Photoshop.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct colour profiles (CMYK) and screen‑ready assets (RGB).
• Manage asset hand‑off, packaging links and files for production.
• Create and adapt content for social media platforms, monitoring performance and making data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with clients, present design concepts and defend creative decisions.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with strong technical file preparation skills.
• Advanced understanding of typography, spacing, kerning and grid systems.
• Experience using Canva Pro and familiarity with content management platforms.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimise creative output.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and a self‑starter attitude.
