About the role
This position is part of Epson Europe B.V.'s Sales Department and focuses on managing reseller and retailer relationships for Epson Consumer Print products in Zambia and Zimbabwe. You will act as the primary point of contact for selected accounts, driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Tier‑2 retailers/resellers in Zambia.
- Manage selected reseller accounts and collaborate with Tier‑1 distributors on sell‑out activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for resellers and SMB end‑users.
- Monitor competitor pricing, features, and value propositions.
- Launch promotions for retailers and resellers with support from the Distribution & Breadth Account Manager.
- Identify and develop new reseller accounts within the territory.
- Resolve issues promptly or delegate to appropriate colleagues.
- Support marketing campaigns, in‑store merchandising, and sales reporting.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in a sales‑related field.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, imaging, or printing devices.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Resilient, ambitious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is desirable.
