Cashier and ATM Custodian Positions – Zambia

About the role

Armaguard Security Limited is hiring cashiers and ATM custodians across several Zambian towns. These full‑time positions involve handling cash transactions, supporting customers, and ensuring ATM equipment is stocked and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, wage packaging and other cash‑related transactions accurately.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate related reports.
• Balance cash received and paid out, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Stock ATM terminals with cash and stationery according to instructions.
• Monitor ATM performance, report faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Secure and seal ATM cash bags or canisters, and perform regular cash balances.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and present a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Grade 12 certificate with at least five credits in Mathematics and English.
• Minimum one‑year experience in a cash‑handling environment.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure.
• Clean criminal and credit reference.
