Part-time Sales Representative – School Management Software

About the role
We are looking for motivated, well‑spoken individuals to help us expand the reach of EdifyFlow, a school management platform built specifically for Zambian schools. This is a commission‑only, part‑time position where you set your own hours and earn unlimited commissions by converting schools into paying customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify primary and secondary schools in Kitwe or Ndola that could benefit from EdifyFlow.
- Make first contact via phone, WhatsApp, or in‑person visits and introduce the platform.
- Present sales materials, schedule product demonstrations, and follow up with decision‑makers.
- Secure payment and hand off the school to the onboarding team, or onboard the school yourself once certified.
Required profile
- Live in or near Kitwe or Ndola.
- Hold a diploma or degree from a recognised institution (business, marketing, education, IT, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English and comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp messaging, and face‑to‑face visits.
- Can dedicate at least 10–15 hours per week consistently.
- Organised and able to track conversations and follow‑ups reliably.
Required skills
- Basic use of a smartphone, internet browsing, and WhatsApp for communication.
