Part‑time Mystery Shopper – Retail Evaluation

About the role

TopFloor Limited is seeking detail‑oriented individuals to join its team as part‑time Mystery Shoppers. In this role you will visit a variety of client retail and service locations, assess the customer experience, and provide actionable feedback that helps improve service delivery and brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑store evaluations by interacting with staff and observing the overall customer journey.
• Assess product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Submit unbiased, detailed reports after each visit, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
• Complete assignments within set timeframes and follow established evaluation guidelines.
• Communicate schedule updates and findings to the project coordinator.
• Attend optional training sessions to understand assignment goals and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum G12 (high school) certificate.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or previous mystery‑shopping work is advantageous.
• Strong observational, analytical, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language.
• Ability to remain impartial, pay close attention to detail, and recall specific experiences.
• Reliable computer and internet access for report submission.
• Flexibility to visit different locations at varied hours.
• Valid driver’s licence.
