Relationship Analyst – Chingola

About the role

The Relationship Analyst supports the Relationship Manager in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships for the bank's portfolio in Chingola. The role combines credit risk analysis, client service and business development to ensure profitable and compliant banking relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers, understand their needs and process requests efficiently.
• Handle complaints, provide solutions, and cross‑sell banking products to meet client expectations.
• Maintain and grow the client portfolio by identifying cross‑sell opportunities and retaining customers.
• Prepare credit proposals, analyse corporate financial statements and assess viability, growth prospects and cash flow.
• Monitor special conditions, collateral documentation and securities to minimise risk.
• Compile credit risk reports, F90/F43 forms and memos for review by senior credit support.
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate data management.
