Visual Content Specialist – Lusaka, Zambia

About the role

The Visual Content Specialist will create and manage high-quality visual assets for product demonstrations, corporate events, and operational activities across Lusaka and other project sites. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and operational teams to deliver engaging video and photographic content that aligns with the company’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Film equipment demonstrations, deliveries, customer handovers, mine-site operations, company events and staff activities.
• Capture professional product, operational, customer and corporate photographs.
• Plan shot lists, filming schedules and content requirements for each assignment.
• Edit short-form videos, social-media reels, product advertisements and corporate videos.
• Utilise AI-assisted tools for voice-overs, captions, audio cleanup, background enhancement, colour correction and efficient content adaptation.
• Produce platform-appropriate vertical and horizontal versions of approved content.
• Apply branding, accurate product information, clean graphics and professional on-screen text.
• Maintain an organised, searchable library of raw footage, photographs and final content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and operational teams, meet deadlines and implement requested revisions.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, corporate or product-focused video and photography work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent professional editing platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered video, image, voice-over, captioning and audio-enhancement tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual consistency and brand presentation.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, propose ideas and work independently.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, project locations, mines and company events.
• Reliable file-management and backup practices, handling confidential footage responsibly.
