About the role
We are looking for an Administration Controller to oversee store performance, financial controls and team leadership. The role ensures targets are met, expenses are managed and customer experience is delivered in line with our brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover and achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and monitor financial performance.
- Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years of retail experience.
- At least one year of store leadership or supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Strong customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to plan, organize and direct team activities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership behaviours such as action orientation, network building and accountability.
