About the role
The Associate Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for Epson consumer‑print resellers and retailers in Zimbabwe. You will manage existing accounts, develop new reseller relationships and drive sales of Epson’s consumer printing portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Tier‑2 retailers and resellers in Zimbabwe.
- Manage selected reseller accounts and collaborate with Tier‑1 distributors on sell‑out activities.
- Conduct product workshops and demonstrations for resellers and SMB end‑users.
- Monitor Epson’s pricing, features and value proposition against key competitors.
- Launch promotions for retailers and resellers with support from the Distribution & Breadth Account Manager.
- Identify and develop new reseller opportunities within the territory.
- Own issue resolution and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Support marketing campaigns, in‑store merchandising and display of Epson consumer‑print products.
- Document sales calls, demo activities and maintain accurate reporting.
- Achieve annual revenue targets and track personal development.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in a sales‑related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, imaging or printing devices.
- Strong business development, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, written and face‑to‑face) and attention to detail.
- Confident, resilient, ambitious with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Team player able to work with all levels of the organisation.
- Valid driver’s licence is desirable but not mandatory.
