About the role
The Associate will support CHAI Zambia’s HIV Access Program by providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Health for advanced HIV disease (AHD) interventions. This role focuses on improving AHD patient outcomes through market shaping, supply‑chain strengthening, and health‑system support.
Key responsibilities
- Scale up the HIV Access program with an emphasis on AHD commodities.
- Provide technical assistance to facilitate the rollout of advanced HIV disease diagnostics.
- Support market‑shaping activities and supply‑chain optimization for AHD commodities.
- Collaborate with Ministry of Health officials to improve service delivery performance and efficiency.
Required profile
- Experience providing technical assistance to health ministries or government partners.
- Understanding of HIV/AIDS programs and advanced HIV disease interventions.
- Ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary team and support health‑system strengthening activities.
