Compliance Inspection Specialist

About the role

The Compliance Inspection Specialist safeguards organizational integrity by performing routine compliance reviews and operational audits across all departments. The role focuses on identifying risks, evaluating controls, ensuring policy adherence, and fostering a proactive compliance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, operational checks, and comprehensive business process reviews across departments to ensure alignment with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively analyze workflows to detect risks, control deficiencies, and compliance violations, escalating and mitigating issues promptly.
• Draft clear, evidence‑based compliance reports with findings and actionable recommendations; track corrective actions to verify resolution.
• Support internal audit investigations by gathering, analyzing, and documenting relevant information and evidence.
• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs to raise risk awareness and ethical standards throughout the organization.
• Travel as needed to perform field and on‑site compliance inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, corporate governance and business process analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and professional report‑writing abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
