Compliance Inspection Specialist

About the role

The Compliance Inspection Specialist safeguards the organisation’s integrity by performing regular compliance reviews and operational audits across all departments. This position plays a key part in identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and fostering a proactive compliance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, operational checks, and comprehensive business‑process reviews to ensure alignment with company policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse workflows to detect risks, control deficiencies and compliance violations, and escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare evidence‑based compliance reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations; track corrective actions to confirm resolution.
• Support internal audit investigations by gathering, analysing and documenting relevant information.
• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programmes to raise risk awareness and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of internal‑control frameworks, corporate governance and business‑process analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and professional report‑writing abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site compliance inspections.
