Corporate Partnerships & Gifting Manager – Premium Chocolate

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Corporate Partnerships & Gifting Manager to grow our premium Zambian chocolate gifting business across Zambia. Based in Lusaka, you will work closely with large organisations to turn one‑off gifting occasions into recurring partnerships that deliver both brand value and local economic impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑value corporate prospects, building a structured pipeline of potential accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision‑makers across procurement, marketing, CSR, HR and executive offices.
• Present private‑label chocolate solutions, creating branded gift sets and programmes tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure commercial and operational delivery of proposals.
• Convert one‑off orders into annual gifting partnerships covering holidays, employee recognition, client appreciation and corporate events.
• Establish strategic alliances with event agencies, hotels, concierge services and business associations to expand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership development, preferably within consumer goods or premium gifting.
• Strong network and ability to engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of closing large accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing environment.
