About the role

Mighty Fin is seeking experienced sales professionals to originate and manage relationships with growth‑stage small businesses. The role focuses on understanding SME cash‑flow behavior, informal market ecosystems, and working‑capital financing structures.

Key responsibilities

Source and onboard SME borrowers
Conduct business assessments and customer visits
Build long‑term merchant relationships
Drive SME portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality
Support collections follow‑up where required

Required profile

Minimum 2–3 years experience in SME lending, micro‑finance, business banking, merchant acquisition or asset finance
Existing SME networks within markets, retail clusters, or trade ecosystems preferred
Strong understanding of working‑capital lending, merchant finance, inventory cycles and SME cash‑flow behavior
Proven experience meeting loan disbursement and portfolio targets
