Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper at Job Connect is a full‑time position responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations across assigned client properties or partners. The role combines hands‑on supervision, quality control, and client interaction to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver consistent quality.
• Manage laundry operations, including proper handling, cleaning, and care of linens and textiles.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
• Implement cleanliness, safety and hygiene protocols and conduct regular quality checks.
• Respond to client and guest requests, resolve service issues promptly, and collaborate with management on process improvements.
• Train, coach and develop housekeeping team members, maintaining documentation and performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities to manage schedules, supplies and workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with clients, guests and team members.
• Experience in supervising housekeeping staff in hospitality, residential or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards and quality‑control practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment using digital tools for scheduling and reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality‑related certifications are a plus.
