FMCG Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The FMCG Marketing Supervisor will drive brand growth at a regional level through strategic planning, on‑ground execution and retail visibility. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring our brands are strongly represented at the terminal level while managing budgets, teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans, brand promotions, offline activities and model store concepts.
• Manage the complete campaign lifecycle—from budgeting and planning to on‑site execution, ROI evaluation and performance review.
• Establish and supervise store display standards with sales teams to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, distribution and cost control of promotional materials (POSM, giveaways, etc.).
• Conduct competitor analysis and gather feedback from terminals, distributors and customers to provide actionable market insights.
• Lead, train and manage the promotion team, assign daily tasks and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external agencies for design, production and quality acceptance of outdoor and in‑store advertising.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding or terminal promotion, preferably in the Zambian market.
• Hands‑on experience with offline events, terminal displays and material management.
• Strong understanding of terminal sales logic and retail operations.
• Excellent cross‑departmental communication and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient under pressure, cost‑conscious and a strong team player.
