Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will join the hospitality team at Avani Victoria Falls Resort, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests in a vibrant, upscale environment. You will support smooth operations across all food and beverage areas while upholding the brand’s standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues from all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and personal grooming standards.
• Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station for any reason.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest queries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Develop full knowledge of menus and correctly operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
• Observe strict security measures when entering guest rooms to protect privacy.
• Participate actively in training sessions to improve professional skills.
• Check corridors for trays after room‑service orders and clean/break down trays in the dish area.
