Health & Wellness Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Nurse to join our wellness team, delivering body‑sculpting, weight‑loss, massage and holistic health treatments. The role blends clinical expertise with exceptional customer service to support clients in achieving their health and aesthetic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a variety of body‑sculpting, weight‑loss, massage and wellness therapies tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide product recommendations for home care and educate clients on treatment benefits.
• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance and ensure treatment rooms are clean and sanitized.
• Conduct health screenings, consultations and assess client conditions.
• Create a relaxing environment that promotes client well‑being.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Valid nursing diploma or equivalent.
• Registration with the Nursing/Health Professions Council of Zambia.
• Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
