HR Officer

About the role

Our client is looking for an HR Officer to provide comprehensive support across core HR functions, including operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who can manage day‑to‑day HR activities and partner with managers to foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance data, payroll inputs, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: draft job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and work with department managers on staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, guide employees on policies, and help resolve workplace issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.
• Assist in identifying training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and support performance review processes.
• Prepare HR reports, ensure legal compliance, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement activities, policy updates, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
