Agent Training Coordinator – National Programme

About the role

The Agent Training Coordinator will lead the national rollout of the Standard Mobile Money Agent Training Programme, ensuring smooth operational, logistical and quality oversight across Zambia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed training schedules and a national implementation tracker covering registrations, platform onboarding, and assessment results.
• Manage the deployment of Field Trainers, monitor geographical coverage, and act as the primary operational point of contact for trainer queries and escalations.
• Support Training of Trainers (ToT) activities, including preparation, orientation, induction and ongoing capacity‑building to standardise delivery methods.
• Track digital platform usage, module completion rates and assessment outcomes via the Mphunzira Agent Training Platform, resolving technical issues and generating performance reports.
• Conduct spot checks, supervisory reviews and maintain an issue‑resolution tracker to ensure quality standards are met.
• Consolidate training data from physical and digital sources, monitor performance against milestones and produce weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc management reports.
