Human Resources Intern – Lusaka (Female)

About the role

Divine Connections Recruitment Services is looking for a motivated female intern to join its Human Resources team in Lusaka. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and general HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting job ads, screening CVs, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support employee onboarding, maintain personnel files and help with document management.
• Help with HR communications, organise team engagements and respond to employee inquiries.
• Maintain HR databases, track leave schedules and update attendance logs using Microsoft Office and internal tools.
• Participate in day‑to‑day HR operations and policy execution under senior mentorship.

Required profile

• Female applicant residing in Lusaka.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related social sciences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, professional and ready to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
