HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will provide comprehensive support across core HR functions, including operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role requires a proactive professional who can manage day‑to‑day HR activities, contribute to process improvements, and partner with managers to foster a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance data, payroll inputs, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: draft job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth integration and work closely with managers on workforce planning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, guide employees on policies, and resolve workplace issues promptly.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to inform retention strategies.
• Assist in identifying training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and support performance review processes.
• Prepare HR reports, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement activities, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
