About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR activities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The role will shape talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Resolve staff conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage performance reviews and coordinate staff training programs.
- Oversee payroll support, health plans, and rewards programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and sound judgement.
