Marketing Intern

About the role

As a Marketing Intern you will create content, manage our social media channels, support digital marketing campaigns and help generate qualified leads for our software products. This hands‑on role offers practical experience and direct contribution to company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Record and edit short‑form videos and promotional material.
• Design graphics, posters and other marketing assets.
• Write captions, blog posts and marketing copy.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Respond to social media messages and comments professionally.
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
• Suggest ideas to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Support product launches, events and client demonstrations.

Required profile

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Resident of Chipata.
• Own laptop.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
