About the role
The Office Assistant will provide day‑to‑day administrative, logistical and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the Splash Zambia office. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the role is full‑time and office‑based in Lusaka, helping maintain a professional, safe and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general office support, including handling errands and routine administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.
- Manage office supplies, inventory and procurement of consumables.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, filing and record‑keeping.
- Coordinate support services such as cleaning staff and liaise with security personnel.
- Assist the Finance and Administration Manager with office administration and operational duties.
- Maintain an organized, tidy and secure office environment.
Required profile
- Reliable and detail‑oriented individual with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced office setting.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to support a nonprofit mission focused on water, sanitation and hygiene in schools.
