Production Planner – Seed Processing

About the role

Join a leading agricultural multinational as a Production Planner within the seed processing team. You will translate seasonal field supply into reliable processing and export execution, ensuring the right seed reaches customers on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated production plans and schedules for the processing facility and tolling partners.
• Lead harvest planning sessions with field and equipment teams and convert plans into daily/weekly schedules.
• Coordinate field sampling and testing activities to support release decisions.
• Align processing priorities with operations leadership and allocate product flows to destination markets.
• Prepare and present planning performance dashboards and KPIs.
• Coordinate handover from processing to warehouse and plan export movements with trade/compliance stakeholders.
• Support inventory planning, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain planning records in line with the Quality Management System and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and OEE enhancements using LEAN and structured problem‑solving.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Operations or Production Management.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or processing operations, preferably in an agricultural environment.
