Sales Manager – Tool Sales Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our tool sales operations in Zambia. The role focuses on expanding market presence, acquiring new customers, and building strategic partnerships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overseas sales in line with strategic direction and leadership goals.
• Develop medium‑term and annual plans, implementing initiatives such as market development, product development, and brand promotion.
• Identify industry and product‑category opportunities and lead category development.
• Establish and strengthen the brand’s market position.
• Conduct market research, develop customer relationships, and build sales channels.
• Design pricing, sales, and promotion strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience in overseas sales.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• Responsible, goal‑driven, strong communicator, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel abroad for business trips.
• Experience in developing markets in the Middle East or Africa is preferred.
• Background in tool‑related sales is an advantage.
