Sales & Marketing Manager – FinTech Growth

About the role

Mighty Fin, a fast‑growing fintech building Zambia’s financial infrastructure, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead nationwide customer acquisition across payroll, SME and mass‑market lending. The role requires an operator with proven execution experience in high‑growth micro‑finance or digital lending environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a nationwide acquisition strategy for payroll, SME and mass‑market lending.
• Build and optimise sales funnels and embedded‑finance distribution channels.
• Manage regional sales performance, productivity and field‑sales teams.
• Drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth.
• Collaborate with risk and collections teams to ensure sustainable portfolio growth.
• Develop scalable customer‑acquisition systems for rapid expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in micro‑finance, fintech, banking, digital lending or credit‑led financial services.
• Proven track record managing high‑performing field‑sales or branch acquisition teams.
• Demonstrated ability to scale loan disbursement and portfolio growth while maintaining quality.
• Strong understanding of payroll lending, SME lending, agent‑based acquisition models and embedded‑finance partnerships.
• Existing network within Zambian financial services, telecom, SME or payroll ecosystems is an advantage.
