Security Operations Support Specialist

About the role

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of bussing services, main gate security, and operational support to the Security department. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient movement of employees and oversees gate access control, visitor management, and security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all site bussing services delivered by contracted providers.
• Coordinate and manage bussing contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety standards and site requirements.
• Validate contractor invoices against service delivery and contractual rates.
• Develop and implement bussing strategies aligned with shift models and headcount changes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day main gate operations, including access control, visitor management, ID issuance and vetting procedures.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for gate‑related incidents and relay information to onsite management.
• Monitor contractor performance and KPIs, escalating non‑performance as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational oversight of employee transport or bussing services.
• Experience managing gate security operations, access control and visitor management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and ensure compliance with safety and contractual obligations.
• Strong analytical skills to validate invoices and monitor performance metrics.
