Agrochemical Sales Specialist – Zambia

About the role
EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agro‑chemical exporter, is seeking an Agrochemical Sales Specialist to develop its business in Zambia. You will act as the primary representative of the company, promoting a portfolio of crop‑protection products and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage consultative selling activities, including local product registration, sample delivery, and product introductions.
- Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues and market developments in Zambia.
- Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events and association meetings to promote the brand.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Familiarity with agro‑chemical commercial activities in Zambia.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in multinational companies is preferred.
