Audio Visual Technician – Hotel Events

About the role

Join the Radisson Hotel Group as an Audio Visual Technician, supporting meetings, conferences, weddings and other events across the hotel. You will ensure seamless AV experiences for guests while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, test, operate and dismantle audio‑visual equipment for a variety of events.
• Provide on‑site technical support during events and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain projectors, displays, sound systems, microphones, lighting and conferencing equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with Conference & Banqueting, Sales and IT teams to understand event requirements.
• Support video‑conferencing and presentation connectivity.
• Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and recommend replacements when needed.
• Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring safe cable management.
• Deliver courteous and professional guest service.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a hotel, conference centre or events environment.
• Knowledge of professional AV equipment and basic networking.
• Good communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
