Business Line Manager – ADS (Surface Division)

About the role

The Business Line Manager for the ADS Surface Division will define and execute the regional strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share and strengthen Epiroc’s competitive position in surface mining equipment. You will lead a high‑performing team, nurture key customer relationships and ensure profitability through disciplined pricing and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the ADS segment to grow surface and volume mining operations.
• Lead capital equipment sales and aftermarket services, strengthening sales channels and territory coverage.
• Maintain business profitability by managing pricing, costs, KPIs and working capital.
• Build, coach and motivate a high‑performance team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with Epiroc’s ethical standards and invest in talent development.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate strategic goals into tactical execution.
• Deep understanding of customer and market dynamics within the surface mining equipment sector.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of surface mining equipment, applications and aftermarket business lifecycle.
• Leadership experience to inspire teams and drive change initiatives.
