Business Strategy Associate

About the role

The Business Strategy Associate will support the Country Manager in executing strategic initiatives and managing day‑to‑day operations. This role combines market research, financial analysis, and project coordination to drive sustainable growth and expansion for the client organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic plans, business development initiatives, and expansion projects.
• Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and operational KPIs to assess business performance and inform decision‑making.
• Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for new projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts to align with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare communication materials, press releases, and marketing collateral to promote initiatives.
• Engage with community stakeholders, local leaders, and government agencies to foster positive relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and community development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management tools.
