CMS Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain custom Content Management System solutions for a fully remote environment. You will translate design mockups into responsive, secure web experiences while collaborating with designers and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale customized CMS applications, building custom themes, modules, and plugins.
• Implement responsive designs, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and perform performance tuning.
• Set up custom post types and fields to provide an intuitive editing experience for non‑technical users.
• Maintain site security, handle backups, updates, and user authentication.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and integrate third‑party APIs, CRM systems, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate daily with UI/UX designers, back‑end developers, and content stakeholders.
• Document code and technical processes for future maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of software development focused on CMS technologies.
• Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and server‑side languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby.
• Proven portfolio with WordPress, Drupal, Craft CMS, or Magento projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate via project‑management tools.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
