About the role

The Google Workspace & Cloud Support Engineer provides remote technical support and administration for Google Workspace and related cloud services. The role focuses on diagnosing user issues, managing configurations, and ensuring secure, smooth operation of cloud‑based collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote support for Google Workspace, handling email, calendar, and collaboration tools.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues, manage accounts, groups, and policy configurations.
• Monitor system performance, coordinate incident response, and document solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement best practices.
• Assist with migrations, upgrades, and integrations of cloud services.
• Continuously improve support processes and user experience.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in technical support or cloud/system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud‑based productivity tools, preferably Google Workspace.
• System administration experience, including user/group management and policy enforcement.
• Knowledge of networking and network security principles.
• Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, and documentation.
