Customer Service Representative – On‑site Internship

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site internship offers a hands‑on experience in a busy call‑center environment in Lusaka. As a Customer Service Representative intern you will engage directly with potential and existing customers, developing essential sales and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to prospects and existing clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Record sales activities and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support business objectives.
