Telesale Agent (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telesale Agent to join our Lusaka office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls related to our courier and fulfillment services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on courier, tracking, and fulfillment services.
• Log service requests, track shipments, and resolve issues in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following established procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support experience.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and professional phone manner.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in telesales, logistics, or courier services is a plus.
• On‑site availability in Lusaka and effective time‑management skills.
• Minimum diploma/degree; customer‑service certifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with call center systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
