Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle for our ceramics business in Zambia. The role ensures customers receive timely, accurate service while collaborating closely with production, sales, logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order process from placement to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with production teams to align order schedules with inventory availability and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and efficient order processing.
• Utilize company systems and CRM platforms to track orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritising critical orders and customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (a diploma with relevant experience may also be considered).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised.
