Direct Sales Consultant – Banking Products

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Direct Sales Consultants to represent a leading banking partner in Zambia. The role involves promoting a range of banking products—including accounts, loans and digital solutions—to both retail and corporate clients across designated towns.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively market and sell bank products to prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high service standards.
• Conduct field sales activities such as blitzes, corporate presentations and direct client engagements within the assigned region.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports while ensuring all documentation complies with KYC and banking regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 certificate; tertiary studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in direct sales, banking or financial services marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities with a professional presentation.
• High integrity, resilience and a target‑driven mindset.
• Residency in or around the assigned town and availability to start immediately.
