Electrician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our shift team and support the operation and maintenance of a high‑speed packaging line. The role combines hands‑on electrical work with participation in maintenance planning and problem‑solving activities, ensuring reliable machine performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance planning meetings, providing suggestions and clarifying required work.
• Execute planned, routine, and opportunistic maintenance tasks according to the schedule.
• Report any incomplete work to the Maintenance Planner for rescheduling or prioritisation.
• Support fellow team members during maintenance windows and provide standby assistance on day shifts.
• Perform cleaning, lubrication, inspection and routine maintenance as scheduled.
• Document all maintenance activities and input data into COSWIN.
• Conduct post‑maintenance reviews, feeding back problems, opportunities and lessons learned.
• Analyse machine performance, carry out loss and waste analysis and develop improvement action plans.
• Provide expert guidance on machine operation, fault finding and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work within shift patterns and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for reporting and documentation.
