FMCG Sales Specialist – Southern & Eastern Province

About the role

We are looking for two dynamic, results‑driven Sales Specialists to boost our FMCG brand presence in the Southern and Eastern provinces. You will manage customer relationships, drive order acquisition and ensure our products are well‑represented on store shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores, secure orders, address customer inquiries and resolve after‑sales issues.
• Collect competitor information and market trends through regular store visits.
• Implement and follow through on company sales and promotional projects at the store level.
• Maintain daily product displays and uphold in‑store merchandising standards.
• Promptly follow up on payments and manage debt recovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; college diploma considered for outstanding candidates.
• Residence in the Southern or Eastern province is strongly encouraged.
• Prior FMCG experience, familiar with van‑sales, wholesaler management and payment collection.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, resilient under pressure and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned province.
