Sales Associate – Cleaning Products

About the role

Our client, a supplier of cleaning products, is looking for a proactive Sales Associate to drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with both new and existing customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering product presentations and negotiating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell cleaning products to a diverse customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client queries.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and gather customer feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
