Geology Raw Material Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Geology Raw Material Buyer to lead the identification, evaluation and procurement of non‑metallic raw materials essential for our production processes. The role bridges field geology, supply‑chain coordination and supplier relationship management to ensure a stable, qualified feedstock supply.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive geological surveys of raw material deposits, analysing resource distribution, quality indicators and reserve conditions.
• Coordinate mining activities and manage a stable supply chain, monitoring extraction progress to guarantee continuous, qualified raw material delivery.
• Maintain external public relations, communicate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, sign agreements and control supply risks with mineral providers, mining sites and relevant government bodies.

Required profile

• Solid geological background with systematic expertise in the field.
• In‑depth knowledge of non‑metallic raw materials such as ceramic, cement and glass minerals, and familiarity with related standards.
• Minimum three years of experience in geological surveying, preferably within geological survey agencies, cement companies, mining firms or professional survey institutions.
