About the role

UNICEF Zambia is looking for 4‑5 experienced graphic designers to join on a Long‑Term Agreement (LTA) of 36 months. The consultants will work from home and provide design support on an as‑needed basis to various programme sections, including Education, Health, Child Protection and Climate.

Key responsibilities

Conceive, design and produce visual communication materials for print, digital and social media.
Layout and design reports, briefs, policy papers and other written documents in line with UNICEF brand guidelines.
Select and edit images from UNICEF’s online database, adhering to ethical imagery standards.
Develop infographics and visual assets that simplify complex data and messages.
Collaborate with programme teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality visual products.

Required profile

Proven experience in graphic design for both print and digital media.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with UNICEF branding and communication standards is an advantage.
