Head of Products & Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head the Products and Services team at ZedMobile. The role will drive the development, launch and management of telecom products and services that solve customer problems and create business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product and service strategies aligned with market needs.
• Lead product development, launch, lifecycle management and portfolio reporting.
• Identify new opportunities, design product promotions and manage campaigns.
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and other stakeholders to drive growth.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to ensure customer‑centric solutions.
• Oversee product pricing, revenue management and competitiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or IT.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in fast‑moving industries.
• 2‑3 years leading product management and development.
• Proven track record of successful product portfolio management and launches.
• Commercial experience; telecom experience is an advantage.
