Information Specialist – IT Support for Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking an Information Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support for our hygiene product and washing powder manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on maintaining hardware, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring reliable operation of both office and production systems.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain printers, including driver installation and troubleshooting.
- Provide desktop support, including system and software installation.
- Install, configure, and debug network switches, wireless controllers, and access points (APs).
- Install CCTV cameras, set up Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and perform debugging.
- Perform network cable termination, monitoring, and routine inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- CCNA certification preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with printer drivers, CCTV inspection, and basic network installation.
