Information Specialist (IT Support)

About the role

We are looking for an Information Specialist to provide IT support across our hygiene product and washing‑powder factories. The role combines hands‑on hardware maintenance with desktop and network assistance to keep production environments running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printers; install drivers and perform routine troubleshooting.
• Provide desktop support, including system and software installation for end‑users.
• Install, configure and debug network switches, wireless controllers and access points.
• Install CCTV cameras, set up NVRs and perform debugging of surveillance systems.
• Perform basic network cable termination, monitoring and inspection tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Practical experience with printer drivers, CCTV inspection and network hardware.

Required skills

• Printer operation and maintenance.
• Desktop support and software installation.
• Switch, wireless controller and access‑point installation.
• CCTV camera installation and NVR configuration.
• Network cable termination and basic monitoring.
• CCNA (or equivalent networking knowledge).
