About the role

The Learner position is an entry‑level opportunity designed to bring fresh ideas and energy into the workplace while providing practical, field‑related experience. Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand the overall concept of the business.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving departmental functions and internal processes.
• Become proficient in internal software systems.
• Fulfill tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in a reputable organisation.
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• A Trade/Craft Certificate or higher in any Mechanical field, or a Diploma/Degree in Social Science or a relevant field.
• Adaptability, problem‑solving, professionalism, agility, and a proactive attitude.
