Business Relations Adviser

About the role

Sable International is seeking a Business Relations Adviser for its Zambia Study Abroad department. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads through strategic relationship building and partnership development across schools, agents, corporate networks, and community organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, private schools, colleges and feeder institutions.
• Create and execute structured engagement plans, including presentations, parent evenings, career days and study‑abroad workshops.
• Identify and develop new lead sources such as partner agents, education consultants, corporate partners and community organisations.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure consistent referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead‑generation targets through school events, expos, partner referrals and direct outreach.
• Capture all leads accurately in the CRM system, tag by source and hand over to the SSAO team.
• Plan and deliver school visits, info sessions, study‑abroad events and partner activations.
