Student Adviser – Support Prospective Students

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Student Adviser to guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process. In this role you will be the primary point of contact, providing personalized support and expertise to help candidates achieve their educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each prospective student’s goals and circumstances.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on application forms, document gathering and submission.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to track application status and ensure timely decisions.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system.
• Identify and address barriers to enrollment, offering creative solutions.
• Develop strategies to convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Stay up‑to‑date on academic programs, admission policies and financial aid options.
• Make daily outbound calls to support applicants throughout the online application process.

Required profile

• Experience in student recruitment, advising or enrollment management is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
